Returns Policy for Digital Downloads

If you’re unable to download any of our products, please get in touch within 30 days of purchase date and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

Once we have validated your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement download to you as quickly as possible.

You are required to have a reasonable internet connection for our digital downloads. Downloading our high resolution images over mobile networks is not recommended.

How our products are created and delivered

The products available on this website are created and owned by Dozy Bee Publishing Limited which when ordered, are available for you to download up to 10 times. You will be notified by email with your download links and purchase information. Please remember to look in your Junk email folder before emailing us about any missing emails as your download instructions may have landed there!

Refunds

We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order if appropriate to make sure you are happy with your order, so please email us on support@dozybee.com

Color Consistency

Images available for download on this website are generally scanned at 600 dpi for a high resolution result, which can then be printed by a printer of your choice. Multiple factors influence the colour, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to these reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive defective or damaged downloads, such as errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the downloaded product, please email us on support@dozybee.com to arrange a solution, photos are also helpful.

Returns

We currently do not support returns because the products ordered are digital downloads and can be clearly viewed and inspected before purchase. For serious defects or damage, maybe during download or internet connection interruption please email photos to support@dozybee.com and we will endeavour to find a solution.

Lost Orders

If you didn't receive your order or your download instructions email is lost, we will resend your order to you with the appropriate download links.
